Archie's ExperienceArchie Saiz Bio Archie has been a Licensed Realtor® since 1997. He has been a qualifying broker since 2003 and owns a boutique brokerage called Desert Mountain Properties. Archie holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) ,Green (NAR Certified Green Designation) and e-PRO designations. As a native New Mexican Archie knows the history of Albuquerque, New Mexico and the Southwest and imparts this knowledge to our new comers. Community involvement gives Archie a wealth of information which he shares with his clients. Archie also stays abreast of economic development and quality of life issues to better serve his clients and provide the information they need when purchasing a home. Archie has served the real estate community in many capacities and has been active at the local, state and national levels. He has been a director for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® and was Chairman in 2004-2005. He is the current president (2009) of the Southwest Multiple Listing Service, and is a past director with the National Association of Realtors®. Archie is also a certified instructor and teaches classes real estate classes for his association and the national REBAC council. With his experience you can be assured of a highly qualified Realtor® to assist you in buying or selling a home. He chaired the Southwest Multiple Listing Service (SWMLS) Compliance Committee and worked on various projects for SWMLS such has a beta tester for the SAFE MLS, SUPRA Smart Phone Connectivity, and was a member of the MLS Search Committee. Archie is also a past National Association of Realtors Director in 2006 and 2007 and has served on two committees for NAR. He has served the New Mexico Real Estate Commission by sitting on the rules and regulations committee in 2006 and on a basic licensee duties committee in 2006. Archie is also a member of the Mediation Committee at the Board of Realtors®. Archie was the 2007 president for the New Mexico Chapter Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) and still serves as a director. Archie is an accredited instructor for the REBAC Accredited Buyers Agency core course. He has been a volunteer worker for Run For The Zoo, The Realtor Volunteer Crew, and Merit Badge counselor for Boy Scouts of America.
